Our history
We are a relatively young school, opening its doors in April 2007 in Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland. Short history, however, has not been an impeding factor to our growth, as we have already made a powerful impression on the Brisbane Taekwondo scene, performing extremely well in local, state and national competitions. We are one of only few FULL-TIME Taekwondo schools in Brisbane, and have one of the best training facilities. As we grow, our goal isn't simply to teach Taekwondo. Our goal extends beyond; we will endeavor to help you discover what your true limits are.
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that uses ones hands and feet to repel an attack from aggressors. Emphasising peace and order, Taekwondo is renowned for its powerful and highly sophisticated kicks. A Taekwondo practitioner's ultimate objective is not to conquer an opponent. Rather, it is focused on self-control, virtuous behaviour, and expression of the art through precise and powerful techniques.
